Litigation Associate Attorney (Norfolk, VA)
Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black PLC is seeking to add a civil litigation associate to its Norfolk litigation team. This position will involve sophisticated legal writing and advocacy work for clients primarily in state and federal courts. Candidates should expect diverse litigation in a variety of areas including maritime, personal injury, commercial litigation, construction, and business tort matters. Virginia license and at least two years of civil litigation experience required. Clerkship preferred. A successful candidate will be expected to handle hearings, depositions, discovery responses, and client meetings with minimal supervision but with strong mentorship and guidance. This is a partnership-track position.
