Jed is a recognized corporate bankruptcy attorney who focuses on commercial bankruptcy cases, restructuring transactions, out-of-court workouts, and insolvency-related litigation. Jed maintains a national practice, having appeared in Virginia, Delaware, Texas, New York, and New Jersey courts, and he has experience advising a number of stakeholders in bankruptcy cases and insolvency situations, including creditors, debtors, asset-purchasers, equipment lessors, committees, trustees, and DIP lenders in a number of industries. Jed’s clients range from family offices and privately-held businesses to publicly-traded, Fortune 500 companies.
