Nancy is a member of the Health Law, Medical Malpractice, and Litigation teams. Her practice focuses on compliance, risk management, and defense of long-term care companies. Through the Banking and Financial Services group, Jay will focus on representing banks and other financial institutions with regulatory and commercial matters. Helping clients manage the benefits and risks of emerging Financial Technology (FinTech) is also a large part of his practice.
