Olivia focuses her practice on employer-side management issues and employment litigation. She devotes much of her time to counseling, reviewing, and developing workplace policies for HR managers and employers. As part of WRVB’s Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment practice, Olivia advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Olivia first joined Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black (WRVB) as a summer associate in 2021 and returned as an associate in 2022. She earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, Olivia interned for an administrative judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the Baltimore Field Office. She was also president of the Washington College of Law Labor & Employment Law Society and a student attorney in the Washington College of Law Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she focused on wage theft cases. Olivia was on the American University International Law Review, where she served as Managing Editor and had her Comment published.
Olivia grew up in Richmond, Virginia, and then studied environmental policy and planning at Virginia Tech.
