WRVB is pleased to welcome Emily Kendall Chowhan as an Associate in the Richmond office. She is joining the Labor & Employment and Litigation practice teams. Emily’s practice includes advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment law, representing employers before agencies, and developing customized employment contracts, workplace policies, and employee handbooks.
Emily earned her J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law. While in law school, she interned for the Hon. John T. Cook in the 24th Judicial Circuit of Virginia and for Lincoln Financial Group’s in-house counsel. Following law school, she clerked for the Hon. Robert J. Humphreys on the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
