The Woods Rogers Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team, led by Practice Chair Beth Burgin Waller, was the recipient of the rvatech/2021 Innovation in Cyber Security Award. The award was announced at rvatech/’s annual Gala on October 14th and accepted by Beth Waller on behalf of the team. The Innovation in Cyber Security Award is given to “a project that showcases breakthrough innovation and creativity in the practice and application of cybersecurity.”
As an organization, rvatech/ has a mission to promote the success of technology companies and the growth of the technology sector within the Central Virginia economy. Their annual Gala is now in its 26th year of celebrating the breakthroughs, advancements, and outstanding technologists that are a part of the Richmond technology ecosystem.
