Commercial Real Estate attorneys from the Norfolk-based business and litigation law firm, Vandeventer Black, were been awarded as Coastal Virginia’s Top Lawyers for 2019 by Coastal Virginia Magazine and CoVa Biz Magazine.

Christopher Ambrosio

Chris has been a recipient of the Top Lawyer award since 2016. He concentrates his practice in transactional matters, including the acquisition,  development, financing, sale, and leasing of commercial and municipal property, including shopping centers, office buildings, mixed use projects, industrial and waterfront property, as well as residential developments. Chris represents developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. He also represents small and medium-sized private businesses in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Richard J. Crouch

Richard has been a recipient of the Top Lawyer award since 2017. He concentrates his law practice in business, commercial transactions, and commercial real estate matters.
