Medical Malpractice Associate
Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black PLC seeks a current third-year law student or currently-licensed Virginia attorney with 0-2 years’ experience to join the medical malpractice defense team in our Roanoke office. Prior medical malpractice defense experience is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have experience conducting research, drafting and preparing pleadings and motions and taking depositions. Candidates must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong research and writing skills, be able to work with expert witnesses and participate in all aspects of trial.
