Corporate / Tax Associate
Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black (WRVB) is seeking a Virginia licensed attorney with corporate transaction experience and tax experience to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience providing counsel and supporting transactions across a range of industries. An LLM in taxation is preferred but not required. Attorney will be involved in advising high net worth individuals and corporations on tax matters. Candidate must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask while handling a large volume of cases.
