King Tower practices Labor & Employment law out of the Roanoke office. He assists employers with employment law litigation, labor-management relations, and also offers counsel to businesses on employment-related matters. He regularly counsels and represents colleges and universities throughout Virginia, and leads the efforts of Woods Rogers’ Education team with a focus on employment issues.King is recognized by Chambers USA for Labor and Employment Law. He is a frequent speaker at national and regional programs for organizations such as the American Bar Association, the Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee, and Virginia SHRM. Patrick Bolling practices on the Labor & Employment and E-Discovery teams out of the Lynchburg office. He helps clients make day-to-day human resources and employment decisions, as well as design and implement fair and effective policies, contracts, and handbooks. He also helps conduct workplace investigations and often works to prevent disputes from becoming litigation.
