Timothy is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. He advises debtors, DIP lenders, liquidating trustees, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other creditors on various restructuring matters.

Timothy joined the firm after completing a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable H. Christopher Mott of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas. He also served as an extern for the Honorable Gregory R. Schaaf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and as an intern for the Honorable Gregory F. Van Tatenhove of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Timothy graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law school graduates. During law school, Timothy was a Production Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.

Timothy grew up in Southern Illinois and majored in Political Science with a minor in Economics at Southern Illinois University, graduating magna cum laude.
