Lindsey’s practice focuses on litigation and medical malpractice defense. With a niche focus on healthcare, she represents professionals in litigation, mediation, and before state licensing boards and credentialing organizations. Additionally, she counsels and defends healthcare facilities, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

She earned her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as the Publications and Online Editor for the University of Richmond Public Interest Law Review, was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and received the Auzville Jackson, Jr. Award for Excellence in Intellectual Property. In addition to her law degree, Lindsey holds a master’s degree in media and communication. She leverages public relations skills to build strong and creative arguments for her clients.
