Walker  is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Medical Malpractice practice groups and works out of the Richmond office. His practice focuses on defending health care providers in investigations, pre-litigation proceedings, and litigation matters.

Over the course of his practice, Walker has defended clients in a wide variety of civil suits and other litigation matters including civil rights and employment claims, commercial disputes, personal injury and property damage cases, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters. Walker is experienced in both state and federal litigation and has tried numerous cases to verdict in general district and circuit courts throughout Virginia.

Walker has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Virginia Rising Star, named to the Best Lawyers Ones to Watch list, and named as a Legal Elite by Virginia Business.

A native of the Richmond area, Walker graduated from Washington and Lee University cum laude and received his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
